Rock Brasiliano

Grandview is excited to present Rock Brasiliano, a stunning 16.3hh, bay 2004 Hanoverian stallion, for limited breeding contracts for 2010.  In Germany, he was crowned champion of numerous Young Horse classes, and as a 4 year old, was a top 10 finalist in the 2007 World Breeders' Championships, and qualified to compete in the Bundeschampionat in 2009.  He is a spectacular mover and an even greater character and temperament.

Rock Brasiliano is approved for the Hanoverian, Oldenburg, Westfalen, Rheinland and all South German Verbands.  He completed his performance test with an overall dressage score of 8.57.  He was the only stallion granted two 9.0 marks, one of which was in rideability.  His father, Riccione, scored two 10s in his performance test, and is currently training for competition at the Grand Prix level.  Riccione's sire, Regazzoni, was champion of his stallion test at Munster-Handorf, and competed at FEI himself.  Regazzoni is by the famous dressage stallion, Rubenstein, out of a State Premium Werther mare, St. Pr. Wakonda.  Riccione's dam, States Premium Mare Arosa, is by Arogno, who sired countless successful FEI horses, including Anky van Grunsven's Partout, and the stallion Monteverdi.  Arosa's dam, also States Premium, Bongo, was by the foundation stallion, Bolero.

Rock Brasiliano's dam, States Premium mare Monique, comes from a gene pool lush with internationally competitive horses of all disciplines including Davingport, Matula and Baroncelli.  Her father, Matcho AA, was the winner of his performance test, and sired many approved sons), and grandsire, Pik Konig established himself as producer of top quality dressage and showjumping horses, as well as producing many approved sons, including Pik Bube I and Pik Bube II).
